Initiate Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping bag or box, ensuring the package is securely sealed.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
